The project involves expanding the school in Isuyama in Puerto Maldonado in the Peruvian Amazon region. The existing school, being the only one in the region, faces high demand, but it lacks sufficient capacity to meet the needs of children in preschool and secondary levels. This leads to many children leaving school to work. To address this demand, five classrooms, a dining hall, and the existing toilets will be built.
